2019 Beet Saison
This was a Wort challenge beer where we got free wort from Copper State Brewing and then could add what ever we wanted to it and bring back for a contest. This beer won and was then brewed on their system.
So not entirely sure of the grist but it felt like Saison. To this I added .75 Target hops at 60 and 1oz of Saaz at 15, and used Belle Saison yeast. Plus,, 2 quarts of water that 2 lbs of beets were boiled in.
