Getting to this cream ale I’ve had sitting here for a while now,

An easy going beer. But I did change recipe at zero hour. Had a few things I wanted to use up.

I ended up adding a bit more hops and a bit of midnight wheat. The recipe was ..

The mash was 152. The hops I’m sure will be fine. But that midnight wheat….. not sure. I know it won’t affect the taste. But that color.. hmm I don’t know. I either should have added more or just left it out.

But hit all the numbers and volumes after quite a long hiatus. 1048 OG and no boil over. (Almost though)
