I cold steeped the strike water with:
1/2 lb chocolate malt
1/4 midnite wheat
1/4 roast barley
1 oz pearle @60
1 oz saaz @ 15
34/70 yeast fermented at 52
Took a while to come around

Took 2 gallons and heated to 158 and steeped the grains for 30 min in a grain bag.
Added water to the 4.5 gallon mark and started to boil. Hop charges as usually.
Cooled, racked, pitched. Boom done.
