Partially Strong Ale
Had a few ingredients laying around, but not quite enough of each to really make anything,
So I threw everything I had together, both grains and DME and worked out a Strong ale.
So far so good and working the numbers for the next batches. Yes, batches.
Very Quick Cider
As you have seen, there hasn’t been a whole lot of action around the brewery in the past few months.But with winter starting to show its face more and more lately, I need to get something in the fermenter because the selection is getting thin around here.
