Been awhile since I have brewed but last week I used some of my summit hops. Brewed a summit/cascade pale ale. Smells good so far. Been a week and all ferment has stopped.
Gonna go get the stuff for another batch of Summer wheat. But this time I’m not gonna use any zest. It doesnt seem like you get anything out if it afer a week or two,,so Im gonna do everything else the same except no zest , abit more pepper and use amarillo hops instead. I dont know if I should call it the same recipe or not but I will for now.
