It’s been quite a while since I have used US05. I forgot it makes cool looking yeast cakes.

This was just a simple IPA with a bit of midnight wheat for some color. Tastes great right out of the fermenter.

Hopefully I can get another brew in this week. I was planning a saison, but I may do a leftovers brew to get rid of things so I can get on track this year.

Looks like the leftovers will include Pilsner, Munich, various crystals and I think there is a couple of oz of roast barley. Hops are mostly cascades, with some saaz and tet.
