Cerveza Con lima
5 lbs 2 row
2 lbs Vienna
1 lb flaked corn
1/4 20L (I wouldnt do more than this,, that corn really sweetens it up, could consider dropping it all together) 
1/4 oz magnum 60
1/3 oz Saaz 15
05 yeast   mash this low 150 or less
zest of two small limes. In primary when activity is winding down.




Belgian Polka another one that was was really good.

7 lbs Pilsner
1 lb Vienna
1/2 lbs of each- white wheat, aromatic and Carapils
1 oz Hallertauer 60
1 oz Saaz at 15
Mangrove Jacks Belgian ale yeast dry Vanhelsing Brown ale
10 lbs 2 row

1 lb 80L

.5 lb 10L
.5 lb chocolate malt

.75 oz magnum @60

1 oz cascade @15

1 oz cascade @ flame out

1 oz cascade dry hopped after activity slows

05 yeast.   mashed at 152




Dark-cider

2 1/2 gallons cider.. I used cheap ol Walmart stuff.
2 lbs dark brown sugar
1/2 bottle brer rabbits molasses (eyeballed that amount)
04 yeast

Mix everything,, done.
